Shipping Services and Prices
Strictly Supplements usually ships via United States Postal Service (USPS), as they tend to be the least expensive way to go. The regular shipping and handling charges are $10.00, which sometimes is not enough to cover foreign shipping costs.

$10.00 usually easily covers domestic packages, as such (if permissible) Strictly Supplements uses USPS's Priority Mail service, to ensure quick delivery. When $10.00 is not sufficient for Priority Mail, Strictly Supplements will use the First Class Mail service, which takes 2 - 5 days (depending upon shipping address).

Lower Shipping Rates
However, customers may qualify for lower shipping & handling rates. In order for customers to find out, they must first provide Strictly Supplement's the shipping address and the products desired so we can calculate shipping & handling costs beforehand.

This may be done by calling in an order, or submitting an order over the internet and explaining (in the additional information section) that you'd like Strictly Supplements to contact you with the lower S&H price, if available. Strictly Supplements will then send back an e-mail that contains lower S&H price availability, the price, and the shipping method. The customer must okay the information before the order is sent out.

Special Shipping
At a customer's request, Strictly Supplements will send orders via whichever carrier they wish. First, customers must select the carrier and provide the service. Strictly Supplements will then calculate the Shipping & Handling costs, and then provide the cost for the shipping services requested.

When using a special shipping method, the costs may either be lower or higher then that of the regular S&H price, depending on many factors. One thing you can be sure of is the price will be fair. An additional note, orders will only be shipped after the customer has confirmed the S&H costs for the requested services.

Explaining Shipping & Handling Charges
An issue that isolates Strictly Supplements from the rest of the industry is our low shipping & handling (S&H) charges. It is known that virtually every company makes a profit every time they charge for shipping & handling. Not us.

Strictly Supplements uses most of it's S&H money just for shipping, and receives low amounts for handling. This happens to us frequently because, firstly, shipping prices have gone up worldwide. Secondly, Strictly Supplements is often too tempted to upgrade to priority shipping if the standard $10.00 charge permits.

To those who may not know, Strictly Supplements charges handling to help pay for our employees that work in our shipping department. That is also the alleged reason every other company charges a handling fee. However, it is impossible not to notice the amount of money that's pocket from the extra income.
