Present Day Silvicidal Frauds
Frauds are still in operation nationwide, scamming consumers out of their money using Silvicidal trials. Strictly Supplements does not wish to give these scam-artists more attention then necessary. We will list the companies or persons that are still deceiving the public at present with as little information as possible, yet enough for a consumer to identify the con-artist if ever they should come across them.
Note: at a later date, more detailed information may be published concerning these con-artists. For now, the posted information will most certainly suffice.
1.There is a man named Nowell, described by many as a "nutcase". Nowell has fled from the U.S. to Canada to avoid facing the crimes DEDI and the F.D.A. charged him with. He discovered Silvicidal when a doctor prescribed it to him for Lyme Disease. He reported no longer having the disease. Shortly after using Silvicidal, he initiated his sickening scam.
Fraudulent Activities
Nowell has forged doctors signatures from real Silvicidal trials, rewrote doctors observations, designed phony logos to deceive the public, removed the word Silvicidal from the trials, etc. Nowell is the most hated con-artist by Silvicidal customers. He has committed these crimes to sell his home-made product.
Location & Identification
Nowell still operates out of Canada making outrageous claims and still advertises the re-written clinical trials conducted on Silvicidal. He has a series of thrown-together websites and is too paranoid to have a phone line or working number.
2.There is a man who did long-distance work for DEDI once, when James Kimball (president) gave him instructions to find doctors that DEDI could use for the Silvicidal HIV trials. Mr. Kimball's instructions came about as a correspondence that began with "DEDI's products have changed my life, please contact me if I can help your company in any way". This individual, unknowledgeable and with a minor education, was used only for the people he knew. He, however, envisions himself as a doctor type, and started to make some sort of product out of his farm.
Fraudulent Activities
He uses Silvicidal trials and openly tells the public his product produced the Silvicidal results. Furthermore, this man (who lived in New Orleans) wildly states he has DEDI's "secret formula", even though he'd never been to DEDI facilities, as he was never invited nor welcome. As a note, DEDI was located in central Florida.
Location & Identification
This man lives in the southern U.S. and makes his product on a his farm. He does not employ any workers, he and his wife make this liquid product.
3.There is a company in existence that had sold DEDI Silvicidal in the past. This company switched suppliers years ago (to a cheaper and completely different product) and now sells some type of mild silver protein manufactured out of a house. This company buys the product in bulk (with a break down cost of less then $8.00 per bottle), then bottles and labels it.
Fraudulent Activities
This company openly tells the public that their product produced the Silvicidal results, has stolen parts of Silvicidal trial results, stolen a customer report, has published numerous professionally written articles in attempts to thoroughly convince the public their product produced the stolen Silvicidal trial results, and similar.
Location & Identification
This company is located in Carson City, Nevada, United States. This company sells many other supplements and vitamins.
All 3 fraudulent products may be classified as colloidal silvers and mild silver proteins and are possibly dangerous and contaminated, as they are made by every day individuals. 99% of colloidal silvers & MSPs are unstable & toxic and require chemicals along with transfers of materials. What you put in your body will have gone through many hands, and if every material is not sterilized and completely clean, you have put yourself at serious risk. Furthermore, if the product is made in a barn, a house, or an every day room, you are put at further and even more serious risks for whichever types of bacteria or germs may exist in that area.
It is frustrating to know there are such greedy, dishonest individuals around. Strictly Supplements is merely trying to expose them and hope for the best. We urge all to support the GHI/MRI Consumer Protection Division, and further urge all to report anything to GHI/MRI that may possibly be a fraud. It is important to remember that con-artist don't say "I'm scamming you", consumers believe their lies before it's too late. If in doubt, contact GHI/MRI so they may assist you in determining weather the product you are interested in is fraudulent or not.
